Mont Blanc Tunnel toll charges depend on the type of vehicle.
Tolls for light vehicles
Tariffs applicable to January 1, 2010

(1) For vehicles in classes 1, 2 and 5, the return trip is valid up to the seventh day following the date of issue (up to midnight).
(2) Passes for either 10 or 20 trips may be purchased, and are valid for a period of 24 consecutive months, excluding the month in which the pass is issued.
(3) For vehicles in classes 1 and 5 (cars and motorcycles): 50 journeys to be taken over a period of 30 consecutive days plus the day the pass is validated (one return trip per day).

Tolls for heavy goods vehicles

(1) For vehicles in classes 3 and 4, the return trip is valid up to the fifteenth day following the date of issue (up to midnight).

The different vehicle categories
CLASS 1
Travelling Vehicles or sets of which the total height is lower or equal to 2 m and the PTAC lower or equal to 3,5 T.
CLASS 2
Travelling vehicles or sets of which the height lies between 2 m and 3 m and the PTAC lower or equal to 3,5 T.
CLASS 3
Vehicles with 2 axles of which the total height is equal to or higher than 3 m or whose PTAC is higher than 3,5 T.
CLASS 4
Travelling Vehicles or sets with more than 2 axles of which the total height is equal to or higher than 3 slackness whose PTAC is higher than 3,5 T.
CLASS 5
Motor bikes, motorcycle combinations, trikes.
CLASS D
Exceptional convoy (refrigerated) "A"
CLASS E
Exceptional convoy "B"
